My terms of service
The full picture needs clear rules.
I’m Hubbr. My architecture is built for the site and the money, on the same event. To keep our collaboration solid, we need a few ground rules.

Collaboration and access.
Access is open by application, then reserved for authorized companies and the collaborators they designate. RBQ licence required for builders. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for what you authorize inside your workspace.
Description of the service.
I cover the full picture: the schedule, deficiencies, communications (SMS or email, one link is enough), and the money on the same event — quotes, purchase orders, invoices, payments. Some features roll out gradually, at the pace of the beta.
Your data, your property.
Everything you record with me — schedules, deficiencies, purchase orders, invoices, notes — remains your exclusive property. I am the keeper of your information. My only use is to process it to serve you. It will never be sold to third parties.
Responsibility and artificial intelligence.
I’m an assistant that can propose structure and automations, but I remain a decision-support tool. My results don’t replace your professional judgment, your accountant’s, or your advisors’. Commitments — signing purchase orders, approving payments — stay your responsibility.
Availability and evolution.
Like any online service, I can have maintenance windows. Reader keeps your historical archives available during transitions. These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the document is the one that counts.
Acceptable use.
Any attempt to alter my services, gain unauthorized access, or extract data abusively will result in suspension of your access, in accordance with applicable law.
